Choose Letting go Essence when feeling stuck, rigid, difficulty to give and receive with ease, awkward, denying pleasure, stubborn. Unwilling.

Promotes: Flowing, gracefulness, rhythm, sharing, enjoying and softening.  Allowing pleasure.

 Contains: Essence of Pussy Willow (Salix discolor) in a base of spring water and 9.5% alcohol.

HOW TO USE THIS ESSENCE:
For normal use, take 5 to 7 drops 3 to 5 times a day. In acute situations, the essence can be taken hourly—or more frequently—until balance is restored. 

Options:
You can put 5-7 drops in your palm and apply on the back of the neck, on arms, solar plexus, under the feet, in a bath.

You can also put 11 drops of each essence in a bottle of water.  Drink throughout the day and refill with water at one third empty.
